This is probably going to be the least popular Seth Rogen movie. The two movies were made around the same time and have similar themes — a shopping mall security cop who has dreams of being a real cop. But it fails to be half as charming as Mall Cop.
An anonymous flasher exposes himself to shoppers in the Forest Ridge Mall parking lot. The head of mall security, Ronald "Ronnie" Barnhardt Rogenmakes it his mission to apprehend the offender. However, while Ronnie is ostensibly well-intentioned and valiant in his own mind, in reality he appears to be an emotionally unstable individual with vigilante tendencies, apparently experiencing bipolar disorder and displaying violent ideationamong other problems.
Whatever that means…though it usually involves Judd Apatow and Rogen in a message T-shirt. Paul Blart would probably storm out of the theater at the first sight of the mall flasher and his flaccid, bobbing penis. Nobody is more surprised that a mainstream studio like Warner Brothers would release such dark fare than Rogen himself.

Upon failing to enter the Police Department and abruptly dropping his medication, a series of events take place around Ronnie Seth Rogenescalating to a very expected culmination:. Ronnie gets a gun from a closet and chases the flasher through the mall and to the store where Brandi works, where he shoots him, although not killing him, and proceeds to take him away to the Police; Brandi thanks him but, in return, he crudely disses at her for being a traitor. At the Police station, he insults the officers who had been making fun of him all along, starting for Harrison, and demands to be acknowledged as the sole catcher of the flasher.
